In a world of Tweets and instant video, it's easy to forget that a few words and images, carefully chosen, can convey something powerful. As a personal goal, I try to embrace simplicity, and I bring that approach to my design. With a little bit of space and some careful planning, a simple, imaginative design can lead viewers naturally to important information and let them absorb it easily. It's like Da Vinci said: "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication."
Balance is an important element in both design and life. Balance creates visual harmony, which translates in a design as a sense of stability, structure and closure. A well-composed visual hierarchy makes it easier for people to take in information and provides a more pleasing experience.
As both a graphic designer and loyal yogi, I understand the importance of balance and how it affects our ability to connect with information, each other, and ourselves.
This one's about both of us. A sense of authenticity is critical to good business – both yours and mine. Understanding and staying true to who we are as people and the essence of our business nurtures an invaluable asset - authenticity. Hold to your core goals and beliefs, and it will foster a genuine quality that highlights the unique elements of your business. Remain authentic, and it will shine through in everything from your website to the brochures you give to clients.
As a graphic designer, I specialize in visual communications for print and interactive media. I bring experience and creative direction in branding, graphic design, Web design and consulting to every project. I can help you visualize and present the image you want to the world – and make it uniquely your own. Let's work together.
